GDPR (AVG)
As a processor we sign a data processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst). India has no EU adequacy decision, so transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses plus a transfer assessment.
European Accessibility Act
Since 28 June 2025 the EAA requires many consumer eCommerce sites and apps in the EU to meet accessibility requirements (in practice EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA).

The Dutch Telecommunications Act requires consent for non-essential cookies.

No. Appri Infotech has one office, in Rajkot, India. We work with clients in other countries remotely by video call, email, WhatsApp and shared project tools.
